Spicy Mutton (Lamb) Chops

 I found this recipe on Vah Chef's website vahrehvah.com and did few modifications to suit my taste.

Ingredients
8-10 pieces of lamb chops
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp curd
1 pinch maida
Black pepper and salt - according to taste
1/2 a bunch of chopped fresh coriander leaves (can be adjusted according to preference)
Vegetable Oil to fry the lamb chops

Method
1. Pressure cook lamb chops until three hisses.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix rest of the ingredients (except vegetable oil).
3. Once the lamb chops are cool, marinate it in the above mixture and wait for 10-20 minutes.
4. Shallow fry the mutton chops in a frying pan.
