8-10 pieces of lamb chops
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp curd
1/2 a bunch of chopped fresh coriander leaves (can be adjusted according to preference)
Vegetable Oil to fry the lamb chops
1. Pressure cook lamb chops until three hisses.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix rest of the ingredients (except vegetable oil).
3. Once the lamb chops are cool, marinate it in the above mixture and wait for 10-20 minutes.
4. Shallow fry the mutton chops in a frying pan.
