I happened to find a '31 days of...' series through Jill's blog. It's a blog series created by Nester couple of years back and is very popular in the blog world now. I've decided to jump into the wagon even thought I'am two days late. You can read more about it here.
I will be sharing simple and easy recipes until end of October, Insha Allah. I'am quite lazy when it comes to typing recipes as I never have exact measurements of ingredients I use in my dishes. Hopefully this series will get me into the groove of recipe sharing. :)
So here is my first recipe of the series -
Pineapple and Mint Smoothie
1 Pineapple peeled, cleaned and sliced
4-5 sprigs of mint leaves
Ice (Or chilled water)
Sugar - according to taste
Blend all of the above together. Serve and enjoy!
I do not have any pineapple at home now. I will post a photo as soon as I get some and make a smoothie for myself. :D This recipe may look too simple but trust me when I say you would immediately fall in love with it and make more! :)
