200 gms of red kidney beans (soaked overnight and pressure cooked / tinned)
2 onions finely chopped
1 tbsp of crushed garlic
1 green chilli
2 tomatoes - pureed in a food processor
few curry leaves
ground garam masala - optional
ground black pepper - how muchever you want
And ofcourse toasts :)
In a pan, drizzle some vegetable oil and saute onion, garlic with some salt, a pinch of ground garam masala and black pepper.
When onion turns translucent add pureed tomatoes and cook for couple more minutes.
When the sauce starts thickening, add the cooked beans, green chilli and curry leaves. Stir and cook for few minutes.
Spread them on toasts and voila, it's ready for you to enjoy. :)
