If you are here for the first time, kindly read this post on Journal your Ramadan to understand this series better. Jazakumullah khair.
Where did Ramadan go?! Oh Allah! You made it so easy for us again this year. Time just flew by thanks to You.
I must admit that past few days were a bit difficult. The changing weather (sometimes humid, sometimes dry) was a bit difficult to tackle. But it was all worth it. One Ramadan well spent. Alhamdulillah.
So many sweet memories this year. This has been one blessed month. My favourite moment was finishing the recitation of Holy Quran with translation. It was a feeling that cannot be described in words. Alhamdulillah.
I spent all day today (29th Ramadan) cleaning and getting ready for Eid. We will be having lunch from my parent's place. It is more like a one-dish party. I'am responsible for pudding and salad. I finished making the pudding this morning. Tomorrow, I will be making the salad.
I would like thank you all for playing along this year. I met some old friends (virtually) and made many new. Social media can be a blessing if used properly. It was a pleasure seeing your take on the prompts and reading your thoughts. I'am really excited and looking forward to next Ramadan. Insha Allah.
My family and I would like to wish you a blessed Eid. May Allah ta'ala accept all our efforts and prayers of this Ramadan and bless us with an even better Ramadan next year. May the choicest blessings of Allah fill your life with peace, joy and prosperity. Ameen!
Neelu, Jamil, Talha and Aisha.
