Run / Walk 2km A Day. For Two Weeks.

It is time I got back to running. It is time I snapped myself out of my holiday 'mode'. Lately, I've been moody and irritated as Iam not working out regularly. So I'am setting myself a mini challenge after reading this post here on Runner's World


Run or walk two kilometers a day, for two weeks, starting from June 1, 2014.

  1. Good for you Neelu. I walk about 3km every day but summer heat means it starts to get shorter from now.
